Cultivating Self-Discipline with the Law of Attraction

When it comes to the law of attraction, as it does with all success habits, self-discipline is key. In fact it is a top key (along with self-love and persistence) in making the law of attraction work for you rather than against you and work fast. So how does one couple self-discipline with the law of attraction? I’m so glad you asked! 🙂
I will be the first to admit that cultivating the habit-and yes it is a habit-of self-discipline can be a great challenge, especially with law of attraction principles and techniques, but it is WELL worth it. The results you will experience will be nothing short of phenomenal.
One of the first keys to developing law of attraction skills through self-discipline is clarity. You must be clear on what you want. Here is an exercise I learned from Brian Tracy that will help you gain clarity: take out a sheet of paper and a pen and write down ten goals you want to achieve this year, making sure they are all in the present tense. For example, “I am now earning $____ a year.”
After you have written your ten goals, pick the one you most want to accomplish and visualize yourself having already accomplished it and how you are feeling. Do you feel joyful? Excited? Free? Really engage the feelings you think you will feel. Now here’s where the self-discipline comes in: you must set aside 5-15 minutes twice a day, each and every day and read your goal out loud and visualize having already achieved it. Pick your top three goals and visualize one goal a day as described for at least 30 days in a row. Repetition is another huge key after clarity so repeat, repeat, repeat! After you visualize and affirm your goals, take a few practical action steps in the achievement of your goals, then just sit back and watch the magic unfold. You will be amazed at your results!
Try it for yourself now; pick a goal and challenge yourself to visualize and feel having already achieved that goal for the next 30 days. Be prepared for the miracles that follow!
